Your password is required when logging in to your services both online and using your phone. Your initial password is included in your Welcome email along with the URL of your Web Services. To ensure security, we recommend that you change your password the first time you log in to your services. You can change your password with your telephone:
- Log in to your mailbox.
- Press 7 to access the Mailbox Customisation menu.
- Press 2 to access the Password menu.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
If your new password is valid, the system confirms that your password has changed and returns you to the Mailbox Customisation menu.
