How does Call Manager work?

Call Manager is a java applet window which pops to the front of your desktop, then runs in the background until you need it. The application displays details of incoming calls and provides quick access to frequently-used functions, such as: 

• Change your Location
• Change your Availability
• Change your voicemail greeting for the day
• Search the directory
• Control inbound and outbound calls 
• Make enquiry calls
