When your business-as-usual (primary) location becomes inaccessible or inoperable, the Smartnumbers Control service ensures that calls continue to be delivered to a predetermined secondary location.

There are no additional charges for outbound calls to fixed line UK locations. Calls to mobile or international destinations are charged per minute.
