If you are unable to take calls to your smartnumber, for example, if you are in a meeting, you can divert all of your calls to voicemail.
- Log in to your mailbox.
- Press 8 for the Call Routing menu.
The system tells you the location to which your calls are currently diverted.
- Press 5 to divert all calls to your voicemail.
Your selection is confirmed.
