The Web Services enable you to quickly access the following features using an intuitive interface:
- Overview of your service settings
View your service details and new messages, and change your Availability and Location settings.
- Contact, Recordings, Security and Service settings
View, manage and personalise your service.
For example, update the phone numbers for each Location setting, or set a new temporary voicemail greeting using the Web Services.
- Address Book
View contact information, as stored in your organisation's Cloud Directory, including colleagues' current Availability and Location settings.

Access new, old and saved voicemail messages.
- Call statistics
View call statistics for any missed, made or received calls that you were involved in.
- Call Manager
View and control incoming calls, and access frequently-used functions.
For example, view a caller's details before choosing whether or not to accept the call, and put existing calls on hold while you pick up another.
