You may want to make business calls from a device other than the mobile phone running Smartnumbers Mobile, for example, if you have poor mobile coverage or want to avoid roaming charges.
Open the Settings menu, tap on Call Settings and enable Use Callback. When making a call, the Smartnumbers service will call the phone number you have set on the Location screen (by default this will be set to your mobile device). After you answer, the Smartnumbers service calls the person you are trying to contact and connects the call.
You must have an internet connection to use Callback.
If you are using Smartnumbers Mobile on an iPad, calls are always initiated using Callback. The Smartnumbers service can call a mobile or landline phone number, or a VoIP client such as Skype or Jabber.
Tip: When Duet Mode and Callback are both enabled, the Callback function calls your secondary location rather than your mobile phone. To Callback your mobile phone, make sure only Mobile selected.
