It’s easy to distinguish between calls made to your Smartnumber and those made to your personal number using Call Screening.
With Call Screening enabled, when you answer a call, a message is played giving you the option to press * to accept the call or to hang up. This allows you to identify if the call has been made to your Smartnumber. If you hang up, the caller can leave a voicemail or has the option to speak to your Delegate instead.
You can enable Call Screening in the Call Settings found in the Settings menu.
Tip: If Call Screening is disabled, business voicemails will be delivered to your native voicemail and won’t be available within Smartnumbers Mobile.
