It’s easy to distinguish between calls made to your smartnumber and those made to your personal number using Call screening.
With Call screening enabled, when you answer the call, a message is played giving you the option to press * to accept the call or to hang up. This allows you to identify if the call has been made to your smartnumber. If you hang up, the caller can leave a voicemail or has the option to speak to your Delegate instead.
You can toggle Call screening in the Call settings found in the Settings menu.
Tip: If call screening is disabled, business voicemails will be delivered to your device and won’t be available within smartnumbers.
