You can control when you respond to business calls by changing your Availability status.
You can set your status in the Availability settings, found in the Settings menu.
Other Smartnumber Mobile users within your organisation will be able to see your current status from within their Smartnumbers Mobile application.
The possible statuses are:
Available → Calls to your Smartnumber are received normally to your current Location. If the call goes unanswered, callers can leave a voicemail or be diverted to your Delegate.
Busy → You are busy or do not want to be contacted. Calls to your Smartnumber are diverted to voicemail. Callers can leave a voicemail or be diverted to your Delegate.
Travelling → You are intermittently available and may have poor coverage. Calls to your Smartnumber are received normally to your current Location. If the call goes unanswered, callers can leave a voicemail or be diverted to your Delegate.
Delegate → You are busy or do not want to be contacted. Calls to your Smartnumber are diverted to your Delegate.
