Contacts

Using the Smartnumbers contacts directory, you can separate your business and personal contacts on one device; just tap on Contacts in the bottom navigation bar.

Your contacts are grouped into the following lists in the Contacts directory. These contacts are located either on your mobile phone or in the Smartnumbers cloud.

• Business: A directory containing two types of contacts
• 'My Business Contacts' - your business contacts stored in the Smartnumbers cloud rather than locally on your device. These contacts are only visible to the user that created them.
• 'Organisation Contacts' - Smartnumbers Mobile subscribers within your organisation.

• Phone: The contacts stored on your mobile phone. These contacts are never shared with other Smartnumbers service users. You’ll need to give the app permission to access your local contacts when you first log in.
