Ensure that calls to your smartnumber are answered even when you are unavailable by using delegates.
A delegate is a colleague or help desk number that you can choose to receive calls on your behalf if you are unavailable.
Set your availability to Delegate to divert calls to your smartnumber directly to your delegate.
When the delegate receives the call, the smartnumbers service plays a message explaining that they are receiving a delegated call.
You can select your delegate from the Availability menu, accessible from the main Settings menu.
