Once you’ve downloaded Smartnumbers Mobile
When you first open Smartnumbers Mobile, you’ll be asked to sign in.
Once you’ve successfully signed in, you’ll be asked if you’d like to allow Smartnumbers Mobile to access your device address book. This allows you to see your personal phone contacts within the app.
You will also be asked if you’d like to allow Smartnumbers to send you push notifications. This allows us to notify you when new messages or voicemails have been received.
Setting your device number
When you sign in for the first time, you will be asked to enter the phone number of your device.

Answering business calls on other phones
Sometimes it is more convenient to answer your business calls on other phones. For example, if you’re working from home with poor mobile signal, you can set Smartnumbers to call your home phone number.
Open the Settings menu, then tap on Location.
Set your home, desk or temporary phone number and then tap this number. Calls will now be delivered to this location.
Enable Duet Mode to receive calls on both Mobile (your device) and an alternative location
Set your availability to Busy, Travelling or Delegate
At times, you may want to temporarily stop incoming business calls whilst you’re busy. Smartnumbers Mobile allows you to set a status to automatically reject calls, and let other Smartnumber Mobile users know that you’re unavailable.
Open the Settings menu, then tap Availability.
You can also set a delegate to divert calls to an alternative contact or phone number.
Connection problem
If you cannot connect to the Smartnumbers Mobile application, this is usually caused by poor/no internet connection or your phone settings.
