Resilient plc has built a fraud detection model based on industry expertise to analyse the following forms of data:
- Call signalling data
- External data, for example, international network operator tables
To improve accuracy, Resilient plc updates the model continuously based on feedback from customers.
Resilient plc uses the information in the call signalling data to identify suspicious calls. For example, we can detect where calls are presenting as a UK mobile but actually originate from an international landline.
