You can define permissions for each Smartnumbers Control user. The permissions that can be set are:
Access Routing Services
Set which routing services the user can access and view. Please note that the following permissions will apply to all routing services that the user has access to.
Edit Routing Services
The user can edit the service name and description, enable or disable the plan activation by telephone feature and configure the reasons for automatic failover.
Manage Routing Services
The user can update destination numbers, either by importing the entire routing service table or editing numbers individually.
The user can add, edit and delete routing service plans to predefine where calls will be delivered in a given scenario.
The user can instantly change the activate plans via the Smartnumbers Hub. Please note that this does not affect which users can change the active plan.
