The audit trail page can be found in Smartnumbers Hub and serves as the single location where all logs of changes are saved. It can be used both to revert unintended changes to routing services and call flows and to investigate when and by whom a change was made.
Individual logs on the audit trail page always show:
- When the logged activity was performed
- The date and time is shown in UTC
- What the activity was; currently, the audited activities are:
- User management:
- User added
- User edited (including changing the user's permissions)
- User deleted
- Call flow events:
- Call flow added
- Call flow edited
- Call flow deleted
- Assigned numbers to call flow (includes unassigning number groups)
- Nuisance callers:
- Nuisance caller added
- Nuisance caller deleted
- Control:
- Service added
- Service edited
- Service deleted
- Service call routing table edited
- Service call routing table exported
- Service call routing table imported
- Service Smartnumbers assigned
- Plan added
- Plan updated
- Plan activated
- Plan deleted
- Basic routing:
- Service added
- Service edited
- Service deleted
- Service call routing table edited
- Service call routing table exported
- Service call routing table imported
- Service Smartnumbers assigned
- Service upgraded to Control
- User management:
- Additional details of the activity, for instance:
- Email of the relevant user
- Name and version of the call flow or routing service
- Number of the nuisance caller (or "Withheld")
- Which call flow(s) a service is used in
- Who performed the activity
- Name and email of the user
- Any files relevant to the activity (e.g. a record of the call flow after saving or an export of the routing service table)
The audit trail in Smartnumbers Hub is also searchable by the content of any of the above columns.
